Delivery & Returns


We aim to dispatch all items within 48hrs of receiving payment.

Tracking information will be provided for large items, and for items where delivery insurance has been selected. Delivery time is normally 2-5 working days, however this will vary depending on where you live.

Please select delivery insurance for your items to ensure your item is fully covered from loss or damage. Please refuse delivery if you can see damage to your item. Once you have signed you are agreeing that you have visually inspected the outside of the item & insurance becomes null & void.

We use many different courier companies depending on the product and where you live. Once your item is dispatched it is in the hands of the Courier (TNT, Fastway, Allied, CouriersPlease or AusPost). If you are not home when a courier attempts delivery usually a calling card will be left for you to contact the courier and arrange a re-delivery on a day you choose. If you have not chosen delivery insurance your item will be left at your front door.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a full street address when completing the checkout process.

Special Order mattresses can take up to 10 working days to manufacture. 


Returns will be accepted as long as the item has been unopened and it is in within 14 days of receiving your item. Refunds are on the purchase price only. No delivery costs will be refunded.
